I'd look down because my eyes couldn't watch your perfection without crying, I 'd look at the sidewalk underneath my feet. It was green. With gray framing. We always took that route, wherever we were going, that was our only way out. I'd hold your slender hands that was almost completely covered by your army jacket's sleeves. The more I try to remember the less I recall. I remember the sidewalks, and i remember the smoke coming out of your perfectly flawed teeth, I remember your knees shaking in the cold, I remember your glasses and how silly you looked without them but i don't remember the complete image. I can hear your voice and I remember your skin and I know the shape of your ribs I can't forget the face you made when you were playing video games and your three different facial expressions for happiness. I can't and don't want to move on.
